Situated in the heart of Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands, Coronation Park is a serene green space approximately 450 metres southeast of Century Pines Resort. From the resort, exit onto Jalan Tengkolok and walk south for 5 minutes towards the main road, Jalan Besar. Turn left onto Jalan Besar and continue for another 3–4 minutes; the park will be on your right, adjacent to the District Office. The walk is straightforward and takes under 10 minutes.
Established in 1953 to commemorate Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation, Coronation Park is a quaint, well-maintained public garden. It features vibrant floral displays, manicured lawns, and shaded pathways, offering a tranquil retreat amidst Tanah Rata’s bustling town centre. Highlights include a decorative flower clock, seasonal blooms like chrysanthemums and roses, and benches ideal for soaking in views of the surrounding misty hills. The park’s compact size makes it perfect for a leisurely stroll or a quiet picnic.
Entry to Coronation Park is free of charge, making it an accessible attraction for all visitors. The park is open daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, though hours may occasionally adjust during maintenance or public events.

Its creation aligned with the area’s development as a hill station, providing residents and visitors a recreational space. Over the decades, it has undergone renovations to preserve its charm, including the addition of the iconic flower clock and enhanced landscaping.
