Terms and Conditions

Reservations

  1. To make room reservations, inquiries, amendments, or cancellations, please contact us at rsvn@centurypinesresort.com

  2. Your credit card details are necessary to secure your booking confirmation. Your card will not be charged upon booking confirmation; instead, the resort will pre-authorize your card to ensure its validity according to the cancellation policy. If upon verification at the resort's front office, your credit card is found to be invalid, expired, or for any other reason unable to be pre-authorized, we will reach out to you via email at rsvn@centurypinesresort.com  or by phone to request a replacement credit card to keep your booking reserved. Failure to provide a valid credit card in response will result in automatic cancellation of your booking within our specified time frame.

  3. Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a confirmation voucher. Please present the booking ID and proof of identity (NRIC/Passport) during check-in at the resort. The individual named in the booking must be the actual guest staying; otherwise, Century Pines Resort Cameron Highlands reserves the right to cancel or reject the room or require the named individual to be present during check-in.

  4. Your room will be held until 1800 hours on the day of your scheduled check-in. After this time, the booking will be considered canceled unless the resort is informed in writing via email to rsvn@centurypinesresort.com

  5. In the case of multiple bookings, if a guest fails to check in on the booking date, the resort may, at its sole discretion, accommodate a new guest in the villa for the remaining booking period without further notice. The previous booking will be considered canceled.

  6. Upon check-in, you will need to provide your credit card for verification or pay a deposit for your stay. Your deposit will be returned to you (minus any deductions for damages or losses incurred at Century Pines Resort Cameron Highlands) upon check-out.

  7. Confirmation Details: During the booking process, if the desired room type is unavailable, an alternative will be provided based on availability. It is essential to ensure that all booking details, including dates, room types, rates, and guest numbers, are accurately reflected during the booking process. Century Pines Resort Cameron Highlands will not be responsible or liable for inaccuracies in bookings.

  8. Guests are prohibited from bringing the following items into Century Pines Resort Cameron Highlands:

    • Pets, livestock.

    • Non-prescribed drugs, flammable liquids, biohazards, heavy machinery.

    • Electronic/electrical appliances that may interfere with the resort's systems.

    • Pillows, bed sheets, duvets.

    • Kitchen utensils for cooking purposes.

    • Any other items that may disrupt the resort's operations or other guests' stays.

Check-in and Check-out

Century Pines Resort Cameron Highlands operates on a strict arrival check-in and check-out policy.
 

Check-In Time: From 1500 hours onwards

Early Check-In: From 1400 hours (subject to availability)

Check-Out Time: By 1200 noon

 

If check-out is beyond 1200 hours, an additional one (1) night's stay is subject to availability and an additional room rate in real time will be imposed without further notice to the guest.

Latest time of arrival is 1800 hours on the booking date, failing which, your booking is deemed cancelled. We shall reserve our absolute rights to re-sell the room to our guest(s) without further notice to you.

Amendment and Cancellations

  1. For amendments or cancellations, please contact rsvn@centurypinesresort.com

  2. Any changes to arrival dates or the number of rooms must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date. Group bookings (5 rooms and above) require notification of amendments at least 30 days in advance via email. Requests for amendments within 14 or 30 days of the check-in date may be rejected, and any changes are subject to prevailing rates and additional charges.

  3. Free Cancellation Policy: If your booking falls under our "Free Cancellation Policy" you must notify us in writing via email to rsvn@centurypinesresort.com  at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night's rate.

  4. Any changes regarding the date, room category, or duration of stay require the cancellation of the initial booking and a rebooking with the resort.

 

Definitions:
Free Cancellation: No charges imposed up to 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Guests are allowed to cancel or amend according to the policies stated above.


Non-Refundable: The total room charges are charged on the day of booking and are non-refundable, with no amendments permitted.
 

No Show: Failure to present at the resort without notifying reservations on the check-in date will result in the booking being deemed a "No Show," and total room charges will be applied.

Damage

Century Pines Resort Cameron Highlands reserves the right to take legal action against guests for any damages incurred to the rooms or property while on the premises. The resort also reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages without prior notification. If the costs cannot be fully recovered from the credit card, legal proceedings may be initiated against the guests.

Right to Refuse Accommodation

Century Pines Resort Cameron Highlands reserves its absolute rights to refuse accommodation to any person(s) without any notice and may terminate the booking or stop any event immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation under the following circumstances (but not limited to) where:-

 

  1. Such action is deemed necessary for reasons of safety or security; concern any unlawful activities, disturbance or which cause public nuisance which will affect the comfort of the other guests of the Hotel.

  2. Your conduct, status, age or physical condition or the physical condition of your luggage is deemed such as to,

    • may cause harm, discomfort or

    • involve any hazard or risk to yourself or other persons or to our property.

  3. You have committed misconduct on a previous stay and such conduct may be repeated.

  4. The applicable rate or any charges or taxes payable have not been paid, the payment of your room rate is fraudulent (i.e. using a fraudulent credit card), the credit card by which you paid for the rate has been reported lost or stolen; the booking is counterfeit or fraudulently obtained.

  5. The booking of our Hotel Room(s) has been done fraudulently or unlawfully or has been purchased from a party not authorized by us.

  6. The booking has been altered by anyone other than us or our authorized agent or has been tampered with or defaced (in which case we reserve the rights to retain such booking documentation); and/or

  7. You do not register as the person stated on the booking or the person checking in cannot prove that he is the person named as per the booking (we reserve the rights to retain such booking documentation in such circumstances).
