Most farms have free entry, but strawberry-picking activities cost around RM15–RM25 per box (prices vary by farm and season). Some farms, like Raju Hill Strawberry Farm, charge a RM5 entry fee, which includes a small picking container.

Farms generally operate from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM daily, though hours may shorten during monsoon seasons (November–February). Cafés and shops often close by 6:30 PM.

Strawberry farming began here in the 1980s, capitalising on the cool climate (15–24°C). Initially small-scale, farms adopted hydroponics in the 2000s, boosting yield and transforming into tourist hubs. Today, they symbolise the region’s agricultural heritage.
